Formed in 1999 by a well placed group of investors in an Offshore Place. Fleur d'Elite, originally was set up to cater just for a small group of people, who all knew each other - rather well! And from there it started to grow.
Today we make arrangements on a global basis and have offices in London, New York & Dubai
